About us
CEDEX (China Enterprise Data Exchange Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd.) was registered on August 2, 2005, in Zhongguancun Haidian Park, Beijing, with a registered capital of RMB 12.62 million. CEDEX is a professional digital supply chain (EDI/API) service provider, having received strategic investment from Yonyou Network Technology, one of the largest ERP service providers in China. With extensive experience and advanced technology in the field of digital supply chains, CEDEX has focused on applying information and communication technology to supply chain management for the past 20 years.
CEDEX specializes in national and international standards and application development for secure Internet-based data transmission. It has obtained a national invention patent for secure transmission of electronic documents. The company has accumulated extensive practical experience in digital supply chains across industries such as automotive manufacturing and e-commerce retail. The company has independently developed secure data transmission software supporting multiple protocols (including OFTP1.3, OFTP2.0, AS2, and MQ), and its OFTP2 secure data transmission software has been certified by Odette. This series of software integrates with various ERP systems and supports multiple EDI and API data exchange modes.
CEDEX holds a Value-Added Telecommunications Business License for “Online Data Processing and Transaction Processing”; has passed ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System certification; is recognized as a high-tech enterprise in Zhongguancun, Beijing; and owns more than 40 technical patents and software copyrights. The management team possesses core self-developed technology in system-to-system communication along with extensive experience, and has authored and published two books: Electronic Data Interchange Standards and Applications and Intelligent Collaboration — Supply Chain Management in the Internet Era of Automotive Manufacturing.

CEDEX has independently developed foundational communication software for secure data transmission across various protocols, including OFTP1.3, OFTP2.0, AS2, and MQ. These software solutions integrate seamlessly with multiple ERP systems and support a variety of EDI and API data exchange modes.
We have also self-developed and successfully delivered an intelligent container loading system, offering solutions to the global challenges of automatic unstacking, cross-dock loading, and containerization. Additionally, CEDEX provides business application software systems and service platforms for BMW JIS 5300, VOLVO LDJIS, and others.
The company has established an EDI Network Alliance (NA) with European and American partners. With this partnership, CEDEX is now working closely as a logistic standard contributor for Chinese suppliers. At the early stage, CEDEX mainly expanded business between international buyer enterprises that have realized the standard process of digital supply chain and its Chinese suppliers; in the next step, the company will strive to promote the digital EDI link and collaborative business application of supply chain between domestic buyer enterprises and their global suppliers.
As of the end of 2024, CEDEX serves a global online customer base of 43 key buyers and 8,106 suppliers. Committed to sustainable development, CEDEX has become a vital bridge in the supply chain between buyers and suppliers in China and globally.
